Nissan Commonwealth Incorporated was established in 1996 and in 2013, became an authorized franchise dealer of Nissan Motor Philippines Incorporated, the official distributor of Nissan vehicles in the Philippines. Nissan Commonwealth Inc. is also a proud member of the Esjay Auto Group, a respected group of automotive dealerships in the Philippines.

Nissan Commonwealth Dealerships are a network of car dealerships located in Commonwealth, Quezon City, Philippines. As part of Nissan Philippines, Inc., these dealerships offer a comprehensive range of Nissan vehicles, including sedans, SUVs, pickups, and vans. They provide a one-stop destination for customers looking to purchase a new Nissan vehicle or explore used car options.

In addition to vehicle sales, Nissan Commonwealth Dealerships offer reliable after-sales services, including routine maintenance, repairs, and genuine Nissan parts. Skilled technicians and state-of-the-art facilities ensure that vehicles receive top-notch care and attention.

Nissan Commonwealth was once the largest Nissan dealership not only in the Philippines, but in Asia, being built on a one-hectare property with 14,000 square meter of floor area and a 3-storey service workshop boasting of state-of-the-art tools and equipment.

Nissan Baliwag is a car dealership branch located in Baliwag, Bulacan, Philippines. It is a part of the Nissan Commonwealth, Inc. network and offers a wide range of Nissan vehicles, including sedans, SUVs, pickups, and vans.

OUR PEOPLE

After just three years in operations, Nissan Commonwealth, Inc. was awarded the prestigious 1999 Dealer of the Year Award by Nissan Motor Philippines, Inc. In the same year, it garnered additional accolades including Best in Service Operations, Best in Parts Operations, and Best in Customer Relations. It also received the 1999 Teleperformance Grand Prix Customer Service Golden Award (Automotive Industry) by TelePhilippines and TelePerformance International in France.

Building on this early success, Nissan Commonwealth continued to set industry standards. It was named Dealer of the Year by Universal Motors Corporation for three consecutive years (2002–2004), and in 2005, received multiple distinctions for Outstanding Performance in NSSW Sales & Service and Customer Satisfaction, including recognition from Nissan Global. In 2006, the dealership was recognized by Nissan Motor Philippines, Inc. for having the Best in Dealer Facilities and as the Most Improved Dealership in Vehicle Sales Operations.

The dealership’s momentum continued with another Dealer of the Year Award from UMC in 2012. In 2015, it was honored for Excellence in Vehicle Sales Operations and celebrated for producing the Champion in the Nissan Service Skills Competition, reflecting its commitment to both sales and after-sales excellence.

Most recently, Nissan Commonwealth reaffirmed its industry leadership by earning the 2024 Dealer of the Year Award and Fleet Dealer of the Year Award from Nissan Philippines, Inc.

OVERVIEW

The ESJAY Auto Group is one of the trusted names in the competitive Automotive industry, with over 40 years of successful ventures. The ESJAY Auto Group has business interests in automotive dealerships which include the sale of motor vehicles, trucks, buses, spare parts & service. The Esjay Auto Group also has business interests in non-life insurance, retail financing and property management.

Its founder, Mr. Amando S. San Juan, started his business acumen in the early 1970s by opening a humble gasoline station in Baliuag, Bulacan. He started his venture in the automotive industry by operating an authorized service center for Volkswagen, and eventually being awarded a full dealership status and expanding to Cabanatuan City, Santiago City, Nueva Viscaya and Tuguegarao. Over the years, these dealerships would evolve with the political and economic conditions of the times from Volkswagen to Ford and later to Nissan.

Reaping success from its business operations in Luzon, with the economy having stabilized, Mr. San Juan shifted and focused his business interest in Metro Manila. Thus, Sunny Motor Sales, Inc. was established in 1987 along Quezon Avenue, where dealerships of Fiat, Mazda, Daihatsu, and later Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Subaru, Kia and Hyundai would be housed.

The years 1994, 1995 and 1996 were the best years the automotive industry has ever had in its history. This prompted The ESJAY Auto Group to establish what would be their landmark dealership in Metro Manila. Then considered as the largest dealership not only in the Philippines, but in Asia, Nissan Commonwealth, Inc. inaugurated its facilities on August 5, 1996. Over the years, numerous companies under The Esjay Auto Group have become authorized franchise dealers of various brands.
